I'm not sure which vendor you are using, but a 3640 can't do everything in
the current R&S blueprint. Off the top of my head, I know MPLS, WCCP, OER,
and some of the security features aren't available on that platform. You
will need a 3725 or ISR with 12.4T to cover the blueprint.
