It looks like you are configuring templates. There are two types of
templates, peer session and peer group templates; a peer session template
can inherit another peer session template but not a peer-policy template,
and the same goes for peer-policy templates, they can only inherit another
peer-policy but not a peer-session template.
With the "Neighbor x.x.x.x inherit peer-session" command you are
configuring a nested peer-session template, where one peer session template
references/inherits another one. Just like a class-map can reference
another class-map.
