If any of you work for a Partner, you should be able to access the 2 day advanced lab for the 7000 and the LAN/SAN webex training for the 5500/2000. Those classes are both very good primers for first time Nexus users, you'll get familiarity with NX-OS command line, some basic design tips, introductions to OTV etc... On the 5500/2000, they are covering VPC/VPC+/Zoning/FCoE/FEX.
