Could be the lazy ccie syndrome? clearly, you need some competence to pass
the exam, even if you cheat and I don't think sameer cheated or anything
like that but this question is rather basic for a ccie.
maybe access lists/filtering isn't sameer's cup of tea?
i've notice that questions coming from middle east/asia, etc. are poorly
worded and lack detail which results in confusion.
