I would advise to inform your Bank prior to using the card. I also paid
via my chip n pin Visa Credit Card but it got refused (my bank didn't
allow the payment) but once I informed them it gone through.

Brian is right here. The only way to know for sure whether your Debit
Card will work is to try and submit the online payment by entering the
details.

The thing is that even if your debit card has the Visa or Mastercard
logo on it, the Financial Institution that issued the card will either
allow / disallow the card (irrelevant of type: Debit vs. Credit) to be
used for online purchases.

If the payment doesn't go through then at least you should have time to
make a Wire Transfer from your account to Cisco.

The other alternative is to pay the money into a friend's Credit Card
and make use of their Credit Card to pay for the Lab - Do this only as a
last resort and only if you can trust the friend not to use your money
while the payment is being processed

codes to be entered when submitting CCIE lab exam payments. Please
