"cannot complete conference" error message on CUCME 8.8

 Hello
I have CUCME 8.8 and I configured conference resources (DSP) but I'm getting the error "cannot complete conference" on my Cisco
phones. . When i remove the conference hardware command under telephony-service it works fine .
 I know the problem is a configuration parameter but can get it
 to work
