ip accounting

hi all

if ip accounting only accounts for outbound traffic ..ie traffic that
is leaving the router .

then what does * ip accounting output-packets *accomplishes ?

i mean ip accounting vs ip accounting output-packet ...what is the
difference i get after adding *ouput-packet* keyword ?
