did the Tough Mudder in October.  Anthony and I did another
one just
this past weekend...  It was a good time!
I love Sydney Australia! 
So if there's a group planning to go over
there, that's always a lovely
thought!  I'll have to check on the dates.
In the heat, it'll be brutal, but
the Arctic Enema and other ice-related
parts are REALLY welcome!  :)
Honestly, you need more concentration (at least I do) on upper body
strength
exercises than on running.
