But I cannot log into the CCIE Status Potal with my canddiate id, date 
and written score.

I remember when I scheduled the exam I contacted cisco via telephone 
and I do not have that telephone number anymore. I remember getting it 
within the portal but unfortunately I cannot log into it any more.
Does this number still exist or do i have to wait 48 hours to get a 
CertSupport case answered?
