Got My CCIE Lab Results from 12/12/12

But I cannot log into the CCIE Status Potal with my canddiate id, date
and written score.

Gives me the following error;

Invalid Login
You could not be authenticated into the system with the information you
provided. Please check the information and re-enter if necessary by
clicking the "Back" button on your browser.

I remember when I scheduled the exam I contacted cisco via telephone
and I do not have that telephone number anymore. I remember getting it
within the portal but unfortunately I cannot log into it any more.

Does this number still exist or do i have to wait 48 hours to get a
CertSupport case answered?
