Hmm, it may just work with plain FR ?
I was curious and I set it up and it seems it does, with 2 different
addresses on the same network on the hub! (12.2(15)T7 just in case).

interface Serial1/0
  no ip address
  encapsulation frame-relay
  serial restart_delay 0
!
interface Serial1/0.1 point-to-point
  ip address 10.0.0.1 255.255.255.0
  frame-relay interface-dlci 101
!
interface Serial1/0.2 point-to-point
  ip address 10.0.0.3 255.255.255.0
  frame-relay interface-dlci 102

R2#sh frame map
Serial1/0.2 (up): point-to-point dlci, dlci 102(0x66,0x1860), broadcast
           status defined, active
Serial1/0.1 (up): point-to-point dlci, dlci 101(0x65,0x1850), broadcast
           status defined, active
R2#ping 10.0.0.2

Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 10.0.0.2, timeout is 2 seconds:
!!!!!
Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 8/20/36 ms
R2#ping 10.0.0.4

Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 10.0.0.4, timeout is 2 seconds:
!!!!!
Success rate is 100 percent (5/5), round-trip min/avg/max = 8/28/68 ms

This was done with two paralel DLCIs between two routers, BTW.
