Another vote for distribute list - thats what I would use unless told to use
an offset-list (or in the case of the lab told not to use a distribute list
:-) )

more-appropriate if you want to prevent advertisement
completely. If you're
told to not permit the next-hop router to
re-advertise the prefix to its own
peers, you'll need to set an offset-list
