Switch QOS question

Hello Experts,

Can you please provide me a solution for the following question

3750 Switch Outgoing QoS
 COS 5 should be in the priority queue
 Queue 2 - Cos 4 , 6, 7
 Queue 3 - Cos 2 , 3
 Queue 4 - Cos 0, 1
 Guarantee queue 1, 25% of the bandwidth.
 The other queues should share the bandwidth as 30 40 30.
 When Queue 2 reached 40% capacity COS 4 packets should be dropped
