Javier,
I'm almost positive you can't do this without an LS1010 (or
other ATM switch) in the middle.  Routers are expected to
function as the User side of a UNI; a switch is normally the
Network side of that link.  For a link running UNI (3.0 or
3.1 or 4.0), one and only one end is the User side, and the
other end is the Network side.
PVCs work back-to-back between routers because there is no
signaling going on, and therefore no need to distinguish
between U and N sides.
