Install IRB ( integrated routing and bridging ) on the edges and route in
the middle? Leaves you with a discontiguous subnet on either end ( at
best )

Is this what you had in mind?

Subject: Transparent bridge problem

Hello,

R1 and R4 have a bridge group, if I want to connect these bridge group
together, one solution is add " bridge-group 1" in all routers wan
interface. Do you know any other solution ?

-----R1-----------------R2-----------------R3---------------------R4--------
