Edgar,

I have faced a slighlt similar issue with 12.05XE6 between 7206 VXRs. I had
twos sites (Site A and Site-B)peering with EBGP. Site A had IBGP peers
peering with other sites over EBGP. MY EBGP peer relationship between Site-A
Router and Site-B Router used break as soon as one of the IBGP peer on
Site-A used to inject an erroneous route into Site-A to Site-B.

When I ran debug:

Invalid routing update... erroneous route 192.X.X.X/24

I upgraded both Site-A and Site-B 7206 VXRs with 12.1.1E and its working
fine even with the erroneous routing update is still there. Hope this helps.

Vijay.
