Hey Justin,

You need what is known as Type 3 Media Converters. These convert the 150
Ohm DB9 TR output to 100Ohm RJ45. Ask around and you might be lucky among
your customers and friends. Otherwise email me direct and I can point you
to a online store that sells them.
