I would assume yes and no...

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 1.1.1.1
ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 2.2.2.2

routing would load balance, but if ip route-cache or ip route-cache cef were
turned on, then it would continue to use the same interface and not toggle (I
think).
