I am working on Apple talk right now and am having a problem adding a third
zone to a network.
R3------------------------FrameSW-R2--------------------------R4

R1 R5
I have ethernet running between R1 and R3 and between R4 and R5. Frame-Relay
is running between R3 and R4.
R1/R3:Cable-Range 100-299, nodes 100.1 and 100.3, Zones Stub and Ether2
R4/R5:Cable-Range 400-500, nodes 400.4 and 400.5, Zones Ethernet and
Secondary
R3/R4:Cable-Range 300-399, nodes 300.3 and 300.4, Zones Frame and BackBone
Right now everything works great. I am not running filters or any options,
just standard RTMP. When I try to add a third zone to any of the networks, I
get a system message that states that the current zone list is incompatible
with the active internet. Then, the appletalk interface goes into port
initializing mode and will not detect it's neighbor no matter how long I
wait. When i remove the new zone from the interface of both routers,
everything comes back up just fine. I tried to find an answer on CCO, but
with no luck. Anybody have any ideas?
