Halabi's book shows alot of route aggregation's for
advertising routes to neighbors. Is there anyway to
aggregates routes that are advertised to me.

Ex.
RouterA advertises 172.16.0.0/17 and 172.16.128.0/17
to RouterB. This can be aggregrated to 172.16.0.0/16.
Is there anyway RouterB can aggregate this before
inserting it into it's routing table is RouterA is
sending the more specific?
