Except that the telco forces you to sign on for a full year, that's $1200.
If you spend $1500 for the simulator, in 6 months you can sell it on ebay
for... $1500 (maybe more). Total cost: $0
Try asking the telco for all your money back when you disconnect your ISDN
line!
