Scott,

You'll have to erase the file on partition 2 (the read/write partition, if
there is a file stored on it) before you issue the command no partition 2, I
think in config mode.
Then you need to change the config-register from 0x2102 to 0x2101 and reload
the router this will get you into boot mode from where you can copy a new
IOS to your single partition of 16Mb of flash. You will be prompted to erase
or not the existing IOS version in flash before you TFTP a new IOS into
flash.

Hello all.
I have some 2501 routers which each have two 8Mb sticks of flash ram in
them.

"Show Flash" lets me know that one is read/write and the other is read only.
How can I change the read only partition...so it can be erased and combined
with the other one.
