I had to cancel my ECP1 class. The class was scheduled
for a week in Sept 2001. I cancelled nearly three
weeks ago and they have not issued a refund. They are
dragging their feet and they cannot even tell me if
the check was even cut yet. I sent them a cashiers
check in the amount of $3995.00 over 3 months ago.
There refund policy is that you are to receive a full
refund as long as you give them 11 days notice.
I have requested my refund by phone, fax, email and
registered mail. The account rep from Mentor says that
the accounting dept will not return or has not
returned her phone calls.
Does anyone know if Mentor Technologies is in
financial trouble?
I thought it might be a good idea to alert anyone that
may be thinking about ECP1 that there might be a
reason for concern.
