Now, it seems, they give out plaques. Mine, at least, was
(approximately) a 10" X 12" X 1", clear plaque with my name, number,
etc. "under glass". I passed the lab on 08/10/2001, and received the
plaque in the mail sometime during the 1st/2nd quarter this year
(hopefully the delay is no longer so extended, as they were
"transitioning" at the time before I got mine).
