Hi Georg;

I don't know if some one replied to you or not. But the Idea behind this is:

First enable IRDP on the router devices that are attached on the segement of
that VLAN, then Proxy-IRDP-Advertise the addresses of these IRDP
known routers with preference higher for the favourite default gateway
:

ip irdp address <ip-address> <preference>
