IPExpert rocks!!!...
Everything in the workbook was on the lab...actually the workbook was harder than the real lab. Oh...and I know at least one person that has passed the lab that hasn't told Wayne yet :-)   
All he used was IPExpert....and he had less than 5 attempts...
