don't forget the fact (i think) that you can configure a Be that will allow
you to burst up to your AR if you have enuf credit (i think)

On the "Understanding Frame Relay Traffic Shaping" tutorial on IE it
says the router stops transmitting once the Bc bucket has been depleted. I
was under the impression that in the real world frame relay providers will
allow you to transmit at full line rate until congestion is encountered, in
which case your router throttles down to the CIR.
How does this work exactly in the real world?
