change baud rate

does anyone know where can i find the doc on how to change the baud rate for
console port in 3560 ?

i did a ios recovery via console port (and i change the speed to 115200, to
speedup the process)..

after the recover... i tried the same method but everytime when i reboot the
switch.. the speed always falls back to 9600...

i notice theres a speed 115200 in the line con 0..
Switch(config)#line con 0
Switch(config-line)#no speed
Failed to change line 0's speed

any idea on how to solve this ?
