Did you check the config-register setting? Bits 5,11,12 encode the
console speed. On some platforms it is not allowed to change the console
speed with the config-register. But i am not sure if this is also the
case for the 3560. Maybe worth a try. As fallback you should be able
to change it directly on the console/rommon.
