yes both are different things, so will show up different results.
when u use map-clsass and FR traffic shaping, then BW 50% will be
taken off from mincir.
if u use mqc with out map-class , then BW 60 % will be taken from
interface's default bandwidth ...e.g. 1536 kbps.
