Can anyone verify my belief that a service policy that does priority
queueing:
policy-map Incoming-VoIP-Pol
class Incoming-VoIP
priority 512
applied to a physical interface (with no IP address) along with a
service policy applied to some subinterfaces of it:
policy-map Limit-Download-Wireless
class File-Sharing
shape average 56000
class class-default
shape average 512000
Will allow the stuff matched by the policy Incoming-VoIP-Pol to be NOT
affected by policy Limit-Download-Wireless? My goal is to prioritize
VoIP always. The platform I'm using (2650 w/ 12.4(10a) doesn't allow a
priority statement on the subints, only the main one. Does that look
right? Didn't know for sure where to look on CCO for this type of
question.
Thanks,
