Chuck,
What protocol is the interface running? If it is frame relay
you should call the service policy from inside a frame-relay map-class.
This will allow you to do MQC based frame-relay traffic-shaping which in
turn allows you to do per-VC queueing. This way you can apply different
service policies to different VCs.
