Split horizon on multipoint physical interface

Dear all,

I have a question on multipoint physical interface. If R1 is a spoken router in hub-spoken structure in frame-relay, do I need to issue the command 'no split horizon' to let ospf routes to go across the frame relay? Or mulitipoint physical interface defaultly can pass ospf routes without 'no split horizon'?
