Hi:

Based on following topology:

Host A - Router 1 ----Serial (HDLC or FR) --- Router 2 - Host B

If there is a line hit on the serial line causes an error in the packet
from Host A to Host B, how will this retransmission would be sent in
HDLC and FR?

I think it would be Host A if it is FR, and Router 1 if it is HDLC.
Could anyone confirm?
