I have a CCIE and I don't have a CCNA but I just got my CCVP last month.
I received the certificate 2 weeks ago.

the CCVP exam ?

The issue here is that you want to get your CCVP, and to get that
certification you need to have a valid CCNA. It does not matter if you
have
the CCIE or you have passed the written. To get your CCIE you don't need
to
have CCVP and/or CCNA. Just take the test and finish it up, but don't
take
any test lightly.
