Have you got the rommon prompt or Switch> prompt?

If its rommon follow this

If its Switch> then you need plug a TFTP server into a switch port,
configure Vlan 1 with an IP address then type "copy tftp: flash:" and
follow prompts!

Hi,

I formated the flash memory of my CAT 3560 and lost my IOS Image on it.
after reloading, it stop at promt switch:
and when I check through the Dir flash:
I found out that the Image file is missing.
How do I load a new image file into the flash?.
