2 things to remeber :
1) For External routes ; you can change AD for all or none. For
external routes u cannot selectevely change the AD . Selective AD
change applies only for internal EIGRP routers. Thats why you have
following 2 commands :
Rack1R1(config)#router eigrp 100
Rack1R1(config-router)#distance ?
<1-255> Administrative distance
eigrp IP-EIGRP distance
2) For source address ; it is generally the router id which you have
defined under eigrp process
