ASYNC line connectivity issue to console from jack daniels on 2009-07-25 (Ccielab archives 07/2009)

Dear Group,

I'm facing a issue -

My connectivity -

2811 ROUTER -CAB-HD8-KIT ( ASYNC port 8-15) --- ROUTERS CONSOLE PORT

PROBLEM - when I do telnet to TEST1 , it opens but when I try to some other
it hangs on below mentioned screen - nothing comes after this.
Please advise why so . Below is the configuration of my terminal server.
