High CPU Utilization

Hello All,

I am seeing very high CPU utilization on a stack of 2 x 3750s:

CPU utilization for five seconds: 99%/14%; one minute: 99%; five minutes:
99%

The VLAN Manager process appears to be the culprit using approx 79% - does
anyone have any idea why this might be happening ?
