ACHAL,
your config is ok as long as your lines are numbered 1 to 16,
which in the case of a 2511 they should. Do a show line to verify.

What exactly is your problem ? Can you telnet to the reverse telnet port
and get connected ? Or refused ?
Connected and nothing ?
