route-reflector syn problem

hi,guys

when I use the route-reflector with two clients in one AS, and with the ospf as the IGP completed. I configure a route to null in one client and which is redistributed static into the bgp, all the other client can see the route, but show ip bgp show it unavailable. The RR's ip route and bgp route for the route is available.
Why?
