I think Carlos started the thread wanting to detect fastrack activity and
then rate-limit all traffic having to do with the offending IP addresses,
not just fastrack itself. I believe he was last trying NBAR...

Is it just traffic from tcp port 1214?

Can you just do something like this....

interface ethernet0
 rate-limit output access-group 150 64000 1500 2000
conform-action transmit exceed-action drop
!
access-list 150 permit tcp any eq 1214 any

The goal was limiting the traffic right????
I am trying to recall.
